Our Program
Heartstrings Montessori serves Versailles and the greater Central Kentucky area by offering parents of 15 months toddlers-5 years preschool age children an affordable half-day program of unparalleled excellence.
More than a classroom or a childcare center, Heartstrings Montessori is an idyllic extension of the home environment, filled with interesting, developmentally appropriate, and purposeful work that nurtures, inspires, and engages the whole child.
The daily environment is filled with music and movement, story time, gross motor and fine motor activities, practical life development, and sensorial activities.
We are also committed to supporting parents, offering teacher conferences, parent education classes, and ongoing observational journals of each child’s interests and progress.
DAILY SCHEDULE
8:00 a.m. Children arrive.
8-9:30 Children are free to explore the materials and lessons in classroom. During this time there will be a snack out.
for the children to prepare. We will offer fresh fruit each day. Children will cut bananas, slice strawberries, spoon blueberries, etc.
9:30-10:00 Circle Time: We will sing songs, play instruments, dance, play group games, and give group lessons.
10:00-10:45 Gross motor/ movement: Free play in gym, take a walk, play in garden..
10:45-11:00 Story time and prepare for lunch.
11:00- 11:30 Lunch time.
11:30-11:50 Clean up and closing lesson and more exploration.
12:00 Dismissal
TUITION
Monthly tuition is $475 (mid August. - mid May)
