Jennifer Lynn, Heartstrings Montessori's co-teacher and director, has been a certified Montessori toddler teacher for over 20 years. In addition to her years in the classroom, she has taught Kindermusik ( Music classes for children infant-preschool age), instructed infant massage and has been a Montessori teacher instructor at Hope Montessori Educational Institute for 3 years.
Kelly Lariscy, Heartstrings Montessori's co-teacher and assistant director is a Kentucky licensed Social worker with over 13 years of experience as a case manager, investigator and parole officer. She is the "Montessori" mother of two wonderful children of her own. She is very talented person that brings her creativity to our classroom in various ways each day.
Carolyn Chaffin, Heartstrings Montessori toddler teacher is Infant/toddler Montessori trained. She has 10 years of experience working with toddlers in Montessori and Reggio Emilia environments. Carolyn is a grandmother to two sweet grandsons. She has a real heart for children.
Megan Tracey, Heartstring's preschool teacher has her degree and Kentucky teaching certification in Elementary Education and Special Education , Learning and Behavior Disorders and her Master's in Library Media with a Teacher Leader endorsement. Megan has 8 years of teaching experience in the Fayette County Public schools including 1 year of Kindergarten,3 years of reading and math intervention, and 4 years of Special Education. She is the mother of two young children and became inspired by the Montessori approach when her daughter attended Heartstrings. She is passionate about Montessori education and providing a hands-on, play-based, nurturing environment for her students.
